Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management solution, which will give you complete command over your mailbox accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-handle interface, you can create a brand new mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings easily. What's more, you can forward mails from one email box to another, activate email filters, create autoresponders and shield your email box accounts against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your mailbox accounts against spam mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted electronic mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your emails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a given email box account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming electronic mails according to specific rules set by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and change the filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mails from one email account to another, or even to several other mailboxes. Simply select the email box you want to forward messages from, then specify the target e-mail box and select if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your liking to access your mailbox accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you wish to set up on your personal computer or handheld device and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mail account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple email mailboxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to easily create an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will handle the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
